It’s grand Saturday morning. Ziggy is in high spirits.
We headed to my condo by way of Manitou Beach. It was a minus tide.
Buddy is a 13 year old miniature dachshund who needs a place to hang for the day.
When I introduced him to Ziggy, he thought I was joking.
“This can’t be a dog. He’s too small!”
Ziggy tried breaking the ice by singing a few bars of Randy Newman’s “Short People”
Buddy was not amused.
Ziggy thought it was funny.
The two of them mostly ignored each other.
