Strong winds and rain today. Much bigger than last Monday.
The power went out this morning for about 3 hours. LOVE the fireplace. 
Rupert got a little bored.
It was just too windy for a walk so we made up a game. Rupert would wait patiently in the dining room while I would take his ball and hide it somewhere in the house. I could be anywhere – upstairs, downstairs or in between. At first it was a challenge for him to hunt for something he could not see or hear. But once he got the hang of it, he took great pride in his successes.
After playing this game for a few hours, Rupert decided it was his turn to hide the ball. It worked pretty well except when I got close to the ball, Rupert got so excited he would snatch it up and do a victory lap.
