Today’s weather report is brought to you from
THE CROW’S NEST
And is brought to you
by… The Star Girl
(yes, she knows she’s pretty)
This past week, the sky has been dark with clouds.
The rains are constant.
They vary from lilinoe, a light mist (in Hawaiian)
to pakapaka (big fat drops and lots of them).
The temps range from mid 30’s at night to mid 40’s by day.
The winds are mischievous.
Quiet one minute, then sneak up and blow your hat off.
In this low light, it’s hard to show you what I mean, but here’s a try.
Early afternoon…Then a few minutes laterBy 4pm the lights come on.
Without a tripod the shots get squiggly.
We did get a 10 minute break in the weather a couple of days ago…And a rainbow in the Cove – memories of MauiThat’s it for now…
