When I arrived this morning, Dexter and Charlie barked me up but good. Charlie settled down, but Dexter was relentless. I tried ignoring him while I unpacked, tried giving snacks… after eating he went right back to it.
So I took them walk to the corner and back. Then put them both in my car and took them for a very slow drive around Driftwood Key – not much traffic there.
Charlie curled up and took a nap. Dexter, on the other hand, was riveted to the window. He loved it.
When we got home, Dexter was my buddy… Best Friends for EVER!
