Early this morning, Roadie was licking her left paw with serious determination. Took a look, she had some angry red swelling. Called the Vet and got in later this morning. They had to put her under anesthetic to clear a thorn deeply embedded. She did well, but was very woozy for the rest of the day.
She tried following me around the house. The only way I could get her to rest was to bring her bed and stuffies to the living room and have Joe Friday take care of her.
Her bandage comes off tomorrow.
