We started off with beautiful weather

Unfortunately I had 3 Webdesign deadlines to meet in 4 days
That meant long hours in the office staring at a screen.

Star took it upon herself to make sure I stuck to a healthy work schedule.
She had RULES that could NOT be broken.
1) Once every hour I had to get up, move and interact with her

2) Every 3 to 4 hours I had to get out of the house and go for a short walk… under her supervision

3) Once a day I had to drive to a location of her choosing near by and explore
(She gets to pick the radio station)
Our first trip was Buck Lake

4) I had to eat lots of locally grown fruits and veggies

5) And finally, I had to be in bed by 10 each night… no exceptions

She was tough on me, but it worked. I met all my deadlines.
