9 am I came in early today because Susan & I are heading to Whidbey Island. It’s raining lightly. The girls met me at the door and wanted to come out. I scooched them back into the coop and gave them some cracked corn and mealworms. They do like those mealworms.

The chickens have recalled Jeff and Elizabeth from their mission and they are to report to home base for debriefing. My job here is done. I’ll return to the communications center and monitor all activity on the “chicken wire”. Of course, I’ll report any important events that come my way.
